Postage Charges

We provide a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia wide.

Delivery Procedure

All orders are dispatched by contract courier companies, including Australia Post for smaller parcels. We use the best available couriers but cannot guarantee short delivery times so please ensure you allow an extra half day whenever possible. Delivery delays may be experienced due to high volume of customer pre-orders, especially at peak times such as beginning of month, Christmas, after public holidays or due to unforeseen courier demands.

Same Day Delivery:

The following guide applies at normal times but may exclude peak periods and other unscheduled delays relating to extreme weather, traffic, roadworks, courier drivers etc.

For same day (morning dispatch) delivery to these areas orders must be finalized by 8.30am (online orders)

For morning dispatch when Couriers Please (excluding Melbourne orders) is the requested courier, orders must be received by 8.30am.

2-3 Day Delivery:

Applies to:

  • Some Country Regions of NSW, SA & ACT
  • Central & Far North QLD & NT
  • Tasmania  (Note that deliveries to some remote areas of TAS may take up to 4 days.)

All Customers:

Delivery may occur between 8:15am – 6:00pm, your local time (except during peak periods where couriers may deliver outside these hours). All couriers require a signature at the time of delivery (unless instructed otherwise – please see below). If no-one will be available to accept delivery all day please nominate a nearby address (eg. neighbour or nearby business) where the delivery can be accepted and signed for by someone you have authorised to do so on your behalf.

When placing your order you may, entirely at your risk, request the courier to leave your delivery in a nominated place without a signature.

PLEASE NOTE: Health and Vitality online is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near premises. In all cases you agree to pay for goods that the courier states (in writing) have been delivered to the address that you have nominated.

Australia Post:

We also offer postal delivery, but unfortunately are unable to send quantities of liquids or inflammable materials in the post. (Additional freight charges may apply if you wish to have your parcel sent by post.)

FREIGHT CHARGES

Online orders: (*)

  • Order value under $175.00, freight cost is $11.00 + GST
  • Order value over $175.00, freight cost is FREE
  • International delivery may be arranged at extra cost by agreement.
  • Tasmania: Normal freight is a 2 to 4 working day service.

*An additional freight charge will apply for shipping of heavy/bulk items (such as >4L or > 4kg) or heavy low cost items.

Returns Policy

Requests for credits or returns must be made by the customer to Health and Vitality online within 7 days of delivery of goods. All goods to be returned, whether defective, incorrectly sent or otherwise, must be authorized by Health and Vitality online. Please email to discuss your return and a customer service member will provide you with prompt service a return authorization form which must be included with all goods authorized to be returned.

Items supplied on a ‘No Return Basis’ are including but not limited to cosmetics, special order items and clearance items will not be accepted for return.

Requests for return/credit of goods due to errors in order processing or damaged items will be arranged at the expense of Health and Vitality online. We may ask you to forward on the Return Authorization form to info@healthandvitality.com.au along with return instructions below.

Items ordered in error may, at the discretion of Health and Vitality online, be accepted for return at the expense of the customer. In all instances, please ensure that the goods to be returned are packaged in a strong box so they will not be crushed or damaged in transit. Health and Vitality online will advise you of the best method for returning goods.

The following criteria MUST be met in order for items to be accepted for return:

  • Stock returns for any reason must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned to Health and Vitality online within 10 days, unless otherwise approved by Health and Vitality online.
  • Items for return must be accompanied by a corresponding return authorization form issued by Health and Vitality online.
  • Items must be properly and securely packed in a strong box.
  • Unless an item is being returned due to damage on receipt, it must be received back by Health and Vitality online in original condition.
  • Damage incurred in transit back to Health and Vitality online is the responsibility of the customer and items may not be accepted for return and a credit may not be issued if deemed not to be in original condition.
  • Boxes must be clearly addressed to Health and Vitality online P.O. Box 661, Gatton, Queensland, 4343. (Address will be confirmed by customer service.) The sender’s name and address must also be clearly marked on the box being returned.

These terms & conditions may be revised at any time and placing a new order is acknowledgement that current terms are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Health and Vitality online is committed to waste reduction and eco-friendly practices. We use recycled boxes and air pockets made from 95% pre-consumer recycled material which can be recycled with other plastic bags at many retail and grocery stores.  Our foam ‘bubbles’ are a completely biodegradable wheat and potato starch mixture that is a natural, Australian grown, renewable resource. We have insulated warehouses and have invested in solar energy.
